- Mobile Number (WhatsApp) for license delivery and verification
- Email Address (optional) for invoice and account records
- Hardware Machine ID / Hash generated by the desktop software for single-PC license binding
Note: We NEVER collect, store, or view the Aadhaar, PAN, or personal documents you print inside the offline desktop software. Your document printing happens 100% locally on your PC.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and issue your unique software license key.
- To send instant license details and renewal reminders via WhatsApp / SMS.
- To verify license validity and assist with machine resets.
- To provide technical and customer support.
4. Payment Gateway & Banking Security
Online payment transactions on VLE Print Studio are processed via certified third-party payment gateways such as Cashfree Payment Gateway.
All sensitive payment credentials (Card details, UPI MPIN, Netbanking logins) are encrypted and handled directly by Cashfree under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We do not store or have access to your confidential payment details.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal registration data to third parties or marketing brokers. We apply standard security protocols and SSL encryption to safeguard all stored records.
