1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to VLE Print Studio (operated under digitalsuvidha.online). By visiting our website, downloading our desktop software application, or purchasing a software license key, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or desktop application.
2. Software License & Usage Rights
VLE Print Studio provides desktop productivity tools specifically designed for Common Service Centers (CSC), VLEs, Cyber Cafes, and printing operators across India.
- Single Machine Lock: Each purchased license key is valid for activation on exactly one (1) Windows Computer / Hardware ID.
- Validity Period: The software remains active for the duration of the chosen subscription plan (e.g. 3 Days Trial, 90 Days, 180 Days, or 365 Days).
- Non-Transferable: Licenses are non-transferable between independent parties without administrative approval.
3. Products & Pricing in Indian Rupees (INR)
All subscription plans and service fees listed on our website are denominated and charged strictly in Indian National Rupees (INR - ₹).
- Free Trial Plan (3 Days): ₹10.00 INR
- 3 Month Subscription Plan (90 Days): ₹149.00 INR
- 6 Month Subscription Plan (180 Days): ₹249.00 INR
- 12 Month Pro Subscription Plan (365 Days): ₹399.00 INR
Prices are subject to revision at our discretion, but any price changes will not affect existing active licenses.
4. Payment Processing & Gateway Security
All online payments on VLE Print Studio are processed securely through certified payment gateways including Cashfree Payment Gateway (merchant.cashfree.com). We support UPI QR, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
We do not store your banking passwords, UPI PINs, or CVV numbers on our servers. All transactions are protected via industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.
5. Instant Automated License Delivery
Upon successful payment confirmation through our payment gateway, the license key is automatically generated and displayed on your screen instantly. An automated notification containing your license key is also dispatched to your registered WhatsApp mobile number.
6. User Responsibilities & Legal Compliance
The user agrees to use the software only for legitimate document printing and customer service purposes in compliance with Indian laws and UIDAI / official government guidelines.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid authorization and consent from cardholders before printing identity cards or personal documents.
7. Limitation of Liability
VLE Print Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and printer compatibility, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hardware malfunctions, third-party printer driver issues, or misuse of the software.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
